DECISION

On the establishment of the Committee for Evaluating the Concession Land Rental Fee The Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries

• Having seen the Constitution of the Kingdom of Cambodia
• Having seen the Royal Decree No. NS/RDK 0704/124 dated 15 July 2004 regarding the nomination of the Royal Government of the Kingdom of Cambodia.
• Having seen the Royal Kram No. 02/NS/94 dated 20 July 1994 that promulgated the law on the process and the functioning of the Council of Ministers.
• Having seen the Royal Kram No. NS/RK/0196/13 dated 24 January 1996 that promulgated the law on the establishment of the MAFF.
• Having seen the Sub-Decree No. 17 SD dated 07 April 2000 regarding the process and the functioning of the MAFF.
• Having seen the letter No. 7081 MEF dated 19 December 2003 regarding the request for establishing an inter-ministerial committee between the MAFF and MEF.
• Pursuant the necessity of the MAFF.

IT IS HEREBY DECIDED

Article 1: To nominate an inter-ministerial committee between the MAFF and the MEF which is composed of:

1. Mr. SENG SARUN Bureau Chief of Accounting and Finance - Chairman

2. Mr. VAN SAMNANG Bureau Chief of Natural Resources and Concession - Vice Chairman

3. Mr. CHI SOCHENDA Deputy Bureau Chief of Planning - Vice Chairman

4. Mr. SUN HENG Deputy Bureau Chief of Natural Resources and Concession - Member   

5. Ms. SUON PINKANIKA Deputy Bureau Chief of Natural Resources and Concession - Member  

6. Mr. TOCH BUNTHEANG Deputy Bureau Chief of Agro-Industry   Development, Department of Agro-Industry Development - Member

7. Mr. THON SOTHEA Deputy Chief of Soil Laboratory, Department of Agronomy and Agricultural Land Improvement - Member

Article 2: This committee has the duty to inspect, evaluate and envisage the concession land rental fee to the MAFF.

Article 3: The committee shall be responsible in the framework of its competency, duty and shall participate the meeting up on the request of the Chairman.

Article 4: The Secretary-General, Directors-General, Inspectors, Chief of Cabinet, Director of Department of Administration, Planning, Statistics and International Cooperation, Accounting and Finance, chief of units and individuals concerned shall be in charge to implement this Decision according to their duty from the date of this signing.
