Major Responsibilities

The Department of Accounting and Finance shall bear the following obligations:

Collect and coordinate budgetary affairs;
Establish budgetary plan for the Ministry and monitor its operations;
Take responsibilities of keeping the records and accounts;
Manage accounts for the implementation of public procurement;
Manage informative financing and accounts;
Monitor technical procedures of the operation of public procurement;
Sum up demand or requirements and coordinate all expenses of the Ministry;
Appropriately collect the revenue based on financial law;
Monitor the management of special accounts;
Manage movable and immovable property, equipment, tools and materials stocks and prepare the inventory records;
Deliver and distribute logistics and materials to Departments and Units under the Ministry; and
Conduct permanently recording and keeping on property.
