The Constitutional Council team comprises from 7 members, was absent 2 members, the totally 9 members. The attenders from Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries comprise 40 members, from the top level to the deputy offices in central level. The presentation was focused on 2 aspects:

1. What is the Constitutional Council? presented by H.E. Top Sam;
2. What is the mandate and major responsibilities the Constitutional Council? presented by H.E. Tao Pengleath;

After presentation of members of the Constitutional Council, Chairman of the Council was open discussion for the questions from attenders about Constitutional Council, which recently established.
